As the first Australian born child in his family Robert has always had high expectations placed upon his shoulders to make the most of the great Australian dream, although this has never really fazed him. Like a duck to water he makes everything seem a matter of fact.
After he completed his degree, Robert started to build his career. For 15 years, he excelled in the corporate world, in companies including Telstra and Toyota. An environment where his qualities as coach, motivator, and leader were developed and harnessed. However the rat race and Robert’s own personal sacrifices triggered him to reconsider his future. After the birth of his second child he took the life-changing decision to follow his heart and change the direction of his career by following his true calling. Now he can help others achieve their goals and dreams, whether they be becoming a small business owner or entering into the daunting property market. Immigrated to Australia with his family after having escaped communist Vietnam as a 7 year old in his fathers' fishing boat and spending 3 years in an Indonesian refugee detention camp. The journey for freedom and opportunity was instilled in Minh from an early age. Learning English and embracing the Australian culture remained his priority throughout his formative years. Nothing has really come easy to Minh and he has had to work extra hard for all his achievements. He knows no other way and nor would he want it any other way.
Starting his working career off as a door to door salesman, to getting his first break in a Big 4 bank, Minh has taken every opportunity afforded to him and made them his own. A professional career spanning over 10 years in NAB, ANZ and Bankwest in predominantly a Business Banking capacity Minh knew what would set him apart from his colleagues and competition, and that was an inherent desire for success and thirst for knowledge. Once mastered his thirst for knowledge has never really ended and continues to drive him today.
